Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (referred to herein as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "the Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and gk1971 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at gk1971.vip. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the gk1971 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval under normal operating conditions. During periods of high volume, processing times may extend to 48 hours.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements associated with the bonus have been met.

Bonus Abuse

gk1971 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting bonus terms through low-risk or mechanical betting strategies, and collusion with other players to extract bonus value. Where bonus abuse is identified, gk1971 reserves the right to void the bonus balance, recover any bonus-funded winnings, and permanently close the relevant account(s).

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of gk1971, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms. You acknowledge that your use of gk1971 is at your own risk and that you are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

You Agree to:

• Notify gk1971 promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gk1971 platform:

gk1971 reserves the right to report any suspected fraudulent or criminal activity to the appropriate authorities, and to cooperate fully with any subsequent investigation. We maintain detailed logs of all platform activity, which may be used as evidence in any legal proceedings.

Account Suspension & Closure

gk1971 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• At the request of the account holder via a voluntary self-exclusion or account closure request.
• A requirement imposed by law, regulation, or a competent authority.
• Prolonged inactivity, as defined in the inactivity policy below.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your gk1971 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to applying an inactivity fee, gk1971 will make reasonable attempts to contact you via your registered email address. An inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month (or the remaining balance if lower) may be applied to dormant accounts. This fee will cease once either the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the account holder.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gk1971 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the gk1971 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activities conducted on the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game results, or account information, where such errors are corrected in a timely manner.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking partners.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or promotional content displayed on the gk1971 platform.

Platform Availability

gk1971 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. gk1971 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

Errors in Odds or Game Outcomes

In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or any other published information, gk1971 reserves the right to void affected bets and transactions. A "manifest error" is one that is obvious and apparent to a reasonable person, such as odds that are substantially different from the true market price due to a technical fault. In such cases, affected users will be notified and any impacted funds will be returned to their account balance.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable general legal principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, as applicable to the parties involved.

Amendments to These Terms

gk1971 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gk1971 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of gk1971 after any revision takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 07.
